Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a liaison between property management and students, facilitating communication and addressing any concerns.
- Cultivate strong relationships with the assigned demographic to facilitate a seamless sales process.
- Maintain a high conversion rate through effective sales strategies.
- Undertake various tasks related to completing bookings as required.
- Regularly communicate with assigned leads via WhatsApp, email, and other CRM-integrated tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with the team to achieve quarterly and yearly growth targets.
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive under pressure and remain self-motivated to meet assigned targets within specified deadlines.
