Job specification:
Engineer trainee in civil/ mechanical /IT /electrical / chemical/ metallurgy has a full-time bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology for 5 years integrated master’s degree from a recognized Indian University or Institute.
upper age limit: 27 years and 29 years for candidates having 2 years of full-time PG
Executive trainee in finance:
bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian University with qualified Chartered for cost and works Accountants from recognized institutions in India.
upper age limit: 29 years
Executive trainee in HR:
full-time bachelor’s Degree from a recognized Indian University with 60% marks in all years with two years full-time regular PG in Human Resource or personnel management and industrial relations from a recognized university or institute with at least 50% marks in aggregate in all years or semester.

Selection process:
candidates interested in joining BHEL as an engineer or executive trainee will have to appear for a Computer Based examination based on the examination marks and requirements candidates will be shortlisted for an interview.
General instructions:
UR/EWS/ OBC – 500 per application fee and 300+ GST for processing fees.
SC/ ST/ PWD /ex-servicemen- NIL for application fees and 300 + GST for processing fees.
Training and compensation:
candidates joining BHEL as an engineer or executive trainees will undergo training for 1 year. period basic pay of 50000 rs in the scale of pay of 50000 to 150000 will be paid. after completion of training, the salary will be paid in the scale of pay 50,000 to 180000 with the basic pay of 60000. all allowances will be provided. the approximate CTC is 12 lakh per annum.
