Bigbasket: customer support Associate

Eligibility:

• 10+2, Diploma, Degree, PG Freshers and candidates with experience in BPO sector.
• Flexible to work in Rotational Shifts between 06:00 AM to 11:45PM (any 9 Hrs).
• Typing speed is at a minimum of 20 to 25 words per minute.
•  Age Limit: 32 Yrs
• Languages required : English & Hindi & Telugu(MUST know all 3 languages)
• To be committed to the work, it is important to have a good attitude.
• Must be a Team Player.

About the Job: The position involves communicating with customers via telephone to ensure that their issues are resolved to their satisfaction, and requires accurate understanding of their problems, adherence to established procedures, and effective communication.
