Job description
As a prominent education-media-technology enterprise, we have captivated millions by instilling a passion for learning. Responsibilities
- Assist students in grades 4 to 10 in strengthening their understanding of Maths and Science subjects through online classes.
- Create a positive learning environment and clarify doubts on our learning platform.
- Provide error-free step-by-step solutions to students’ questions.
- Assess student performance and offer feedback to identify areas that need improvement.
- Meet the requirement of conducting 18 sessions per week and fulfilling additional responsibilities, amounting to up to 10 hours per week.
- Non-session activities will be scheduled between 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
- Predefined session timings will be as follows:
- 4:30 PM, 5:45 PM, and 7:00 PM on all six days.
- 4:30 PM, 7:00 PM, and 8:00 PM on all six days.
- Additional responsibilities include parent-teacher meetings, homework correction, peer reviews, participation in training, and monthly tests (non-exhaustive list).
- The scope of additional workload between 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM aims at enhancing student performance.
An ideal candidate should
- Passion for teaching and a dedication to making a positive impact in the field of education.
- Possesses a robust subject knowledge in Maths/Science for grades 4 to 10.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with camera-facing abilities.
- Capability to relate theoretical knowledge to real-world applications.
- Open to both freshers and candidates with previous teaching experience.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and think creatively.
- Proficiency in delivering lesson plans and adapting teaching methods to cater to individual student needs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
