Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist students in enhancing their understanding of Maths and Science subjects.
- Conduct online classes, address student queries, and cultivate a positive learning environment for students in grades 4 to 10 via our learning platform.
- Provide accurate, step-by-step solutions to students’ questions.
- Evaluate student performance and offer feedback on areas requiring improvement.
- Fulfill the requirement of 18 sessions per week, with additional mandatory responsibilities, totaling up to 10 hours per week.
- Non-session activities will occur between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM, with predefined session hours post-training. For instance, session timings may be:
- 4:30 PM, 5:45 PM, and 7:00 PM on all six days.
- 4:30 PM, 7:00 PM, and 8:00 PM on all six days.
- Additional responsibilities encompass parent-teacher meetings, homework correction, peer reviews, participation in training, monthly tests, and any extra workload aimed at enhancing student performance between 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

- Exhibit strong subject knowledge in Maths and Science for grades 4 to 10.
- Demonstrate impeccable communication skills (English) both verbally and in camera-facing written communication.
