Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist students in enhancing their grasp of Maths/Science subjects.
- Conduct online classes and foster a conducive learning environment for students in grades 4 to 10 through clarification of doubts on the learning platform.
- Deliver precise, flawless, and comprehensive step-by-step solutions to student inquiries.
- Evaluate student performance and offer feedback for improvement.
- Fulfill a requirement of 24 sessions per week with mandatory additional responsibilities extending up to 12 hours per week.
- Non-session activities primarily scheduled between 3 PM to 4:30 PM, while sessions span from 4:30 PM to 9 PM.
- Additional responsibilities encompass parent-teacher meetings, homework evaluation, peer reviews, participation in training sessions, and monthly tests. This list isn’t exhaustive.
- Engage in any additional tasks aimed at enhancing student performance between 3 PM to 9 PM.
