Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist students in enhancing their grasp of Maths/Science subjects.
  • Conduct online classes and foster a conducive learning environment for students in grades 4 to 10 through clarification of doubts on the learning platform.
  • Deliver precise, flawless, and comprehensive step-by-step solutions to student inquiries.
  • Evaluate student performance and offer feedback for improvement.
  • Fulfill a requirement of 24 sessions per week with mandatory additional responsibilities extending up to 12 hours per week.
  • Non-session activities primarily scheduled between 3 PM to 4:30 PM, while sessions span from 4:30 PM to 9 PM.
  • Additional responsibilities encompass parent-teacher meetings, homework evaluation, peer reviews, participation in training sessions, and monthly tests. This list isn’t exhaustive.
  • Engage in any additional tasks aimed at enhancing student performance between 3 PM to 9 PM.
An ideal candidate should
  • Exhibit a passion for teaching and making a significant impact in the education sector.
  • Possess strong subject expertise in Maths/Science suitable for grades 4 to 10.
  • Proficient communication skills in English, encompassing verbal and written abilities, especially in front of a camera.
  • Capable of bridging theoretical knowledge with practical applications.
  • Welcoming both freshers and candidates with prior teaching experience.
  • Display adeptness in multitasking and creative thinking.
  • Demonstrate the capacity to execute lesson plans and adjust teaching methodologies to cater to student requirements.
  • Willingness to accommodate flexible schedules, encompassing evenings and weekends.
