Roles and Responsibilities
  • Aid students in strengthening their understanding of Maths/Science subjects.
  • Lead online classes for students ranging from grades 4 to 10 on our learning platform.
  • Clarify doubts and create a positive learning environment.
  • Provide error-free, step-by-step solutions to student questions.
  • Assess student performance and offer constructive feedback to support improvement.
  • Fulfill the requirement of conducting 24 sessions per week.
  • Commit to additional responsibilities, including up to 12 hours per week, beyond session hours.
  • Non-session activities are primarily scheduled between 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM.
  • Sessions are conducted from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
  • Additional responsibilities involve parent-teacher meetings, homework correction, peer reviews, participation in training, and monthly tests. (Note: This list is not exhaustive.)
  • Engage in any additional workload aimed at enhancing student performance between 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
An ideal candidate should
  • Possess a passion for teaching and making a difference in education.
  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge in Maths/Science for grades 4 to 10.
  • Exhibit impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written in English, including camera-facing proficiency.
  • Capable of connecting theoretical knowledge to practical applications.
  • Welcomes freshers and candidates with prior teaching experience.
  • Showcase the ability to multitask and think creatively.
  • Have the capacity to deliver lesson plans and adjust teaching techniques to accommodate student requirements.
