Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist students in strengthening their understanding of Maths/Science subjects.
Conduct online classes for students in grades 4 to 10, addressing queries and fostering a positive learning atmosphere on our platform.
Provide accurate, step-by-step solutions to student questions.
Fulfill a requirement of 24 sessions per week, with up to 12 additional hours for mandatory tasks.
Non-session activities primarily scheduled between 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM, while sessions run from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
Undertake additional duties such as parent-teacher meetings, homework correction, peer reviews, training participation, and monthly tests (non-exhaustive list).
Take on any extra workload aimed at enhancing student performance during the 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM timeframe.
An ideal candidate should:
Possess a passion for teaching and making a difference in education.
Demonstrate strong subject knowledge in Maths/Science for grades 4 to 10.
Exhibit excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in written and camera-facing contexts.
Welcoming freshers and candidates with prior teaching experience.
Showcase multitasking abilities and creative thinking.
Deliver lesson plans effectively and adapt teaching approaches to accommodate student requirements.
Be open to working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
