Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic individuals with a strong drive to join our Business Development team as BDAs (Business Development Associates). As a BDA, your primary role will be to enhance sales and drive revenue growth for BYJU’S products and services. This involves acquiring new customers and effectively managing client accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business leads through online channels.
  • Perform product demos and presentations for potential customers.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and foster business growth.
Education & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 0-3 years of sales or business development experience (both freshers and experienced individuals are preferred).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Passion for education and technology.
  • Compensation:

During the entire 4-week training program of the Applicant Trainee Program, a stipend of INR 16,600 will be provided.

After the training period, the CTC for Centre Sales positions will range from INR 7,50,000 to 8,50,000 per annum. This includes a fixed pay of 4.5 lakh to 5.5 lakh and a performance pay of 3 lakh. Please note that the compensation may vary based on the city of employment.

Hiring for PAN India locations

The 6-week Applicant Trainee Program comprises of two weeks of Classroom Training (CRT) followed by four weeks of On Job Training (OJT). The compensation for the program will be adjusted proportionally, considering the number of active training days.
