Responsibilities
- Having experience in online market research and/or familiarity with programmatic sampling is advantageous.
- Providing assistance to the Sales team by handling client Request For Quotations (RFQ) and Request For Proposals (RFP).
- Conducting desk research to quote for market research projects, ensuring quick turn-around for quotations.
- Utilizing internal tools as well as working with external partners to quote on projects.
- Being a trusted advisor to the customer and building lasting relationships.
- Performing consistently and successfully as measured by operational and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Responding to customer RFQ/support requests.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate in any stream students are eligible to apply.
- Good communication skills in English.

- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, with the support of a Customer Success Director.
