Responsibilities
- Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, alongside basic knowledge of other technical areas, to identify and define necessary system enhancements.
- Identify and analyze issues, and provide recommendations while implementing effective solutions.
- Utilize knowledge of business processes, system processes, and industry standards to address complex issues and challenges.
- Analyze information and make evaluative judgments to recommend suitable solutions and improvements.
- Conduct testing and debugging, employ script tools, and write basic code based on design specifications.
- Assess the applicability of similar experiences and evaluate options in circumstances not covered by established procedures.
- Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Citi’s information systems, procedures, standards, client-server application development, network operations, database administration, systems administration, data center operations, and PC-based applications.
- Appropriately assess risks when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations. Place particular emphasis on safeguarding Citigroup’s reputation, its clients, and assets by adhering to policies, applying sound ethical judgment in personal behavior and business practices, and transparently managing and reporting control issues.
