Job Description

Become a key member of our dynamic recruitment team as an HR Operations Assistant, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes and actively Play a role in fostering the growth and prosperity of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Recruitment team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in recruitment and interview processes, including managing job postings and reviewing candidate applications.
  • Lead HR data projects, utilizing tools like Google Data Studio and Google Sheets for analysis and maintenance.
  • Contribute to various People Operations workflows, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and terminations.
  • Conduct thorough phone screenings and reference checks to assess candidate suitability.
  • Efficiently manage and organize incoming HR-related emails.
Requirements
  • College education is required.
  • Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance upon hiring, with preference for the latter.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, HR data and analytics, or a related field is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (Google Sheets) and Google Data Studio is advantageous.
  • Prior experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System is essential, with proficiency in Zoho Recruit being a plus.
  • Must be willing to work in the US Time Zone, preferably Pacific Standard Time (PST).
Compensation and Benefits
  • Full-time position offering up to PHP 42,500 a month (Based on experience).
