Requirements
  • College education
  • Provide either an NBI Clearance or, preferably, a Police Clearance upon hiring.
  • Comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
  • Experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator is advantageous.
  • Commitment to working solely for our organization during part-time hours
  • Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
  • Experience with any Customer Relationship Management software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Computer or laptop with internet access, minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Full-time: Up to PHP 42,500 per month, depending on experience.
