COALITION TECHNOLOGIES: Recruiter
Eligibility:
- Previous experience in recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and hiring.
- International recruiting experience is a plus.
- Permanent work from home.
- Any Graduation students are eligible to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drafting and posting job ads
- Screening candidates and reviewing resumes.
- Coordinating interviews and skills tests by scheduling appointments.
- Interviewing candidates via in-person, phone, or Skype meetings.
- Administering skills tests
- Updating and maintaining the recruitment database by inputting and organizing data.
- Performing exit interviews with employees who are leaving the company.
- Supporting management in addressing personnel issues and facilitating employee development.
- Helping management in arranging and managing employee training workshops.
- Planning and executing company events
- Confidentiality of human resource information is maintained to protect operations.
- Assisting and collaborating with other members of the recruitment team to provide comprehensive support.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Prior experience with recruitment, sourcing, screening, hiring etc. International recruiting experience is a plus
- Passion for recruitment and human resources
- The ideal candidate should possess exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
- Possessing exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- The capacity to uphold strict confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- The candidate should be available to work 40 hours per week, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST.
- Passion to build a startup
- An outgoing and friendly disposition
- Reliable transportation if working in-house
- A dependable workstation equipped with a fast computer, microphone, speakers, stable internet connection, and uninterrupted power supply if working remotely.
