  • Good Interpersonal skills & communication level
  • Goob knowledge in Microsoft Office applications like, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Adhere to shift handover processes
  • Achieve process SLAs/metrics, meet productivity and quality targets within the specified timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to and compliance with documented process guidelines.
  • Provide  and submit reports related to own area of work
