Key responsibilities

Provide first-line technical support and assistance to end-users, resolving their IT-related issues and inquiries.
Log and track all support tickets for comprehensive record-keeping.
Ensure accurate documentation of support issues.
Work towards timely resolution of problems reported through support tickets.
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with other IT teams to identify and escalate complex issues.
Ensure prompt resolution of escalated issues through collaborative efforts with IT teams.

Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation to improve self-service options and facilitate efficient problem-solving.

Eligibility

Eligibility requires completion of the 2023 Batch of B.E/B.Tech from any branch (UG full-time degree).
Candidates must have attained a minimum of 50% in X, XII, or Diploma, as well as in their UG degree.
Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
Applicants must be willing to adapt to any work location, shift timing, and technology.
Final onboarding with Cognizant is contingent upon satisfactory background verification.
For those with an existing PAN card, ensure that both first name and last name are updated. If the last name is missing, it needs to be updated to facilitate successful background verification. The name on the PAN card must match the superset registered name for background verification to be successful. If a PAN card is not available, refrain from proceeding with the application registration.

Role expectations
