Job Responsibilities
- Thoroughly verify and review information in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
- Adhere to all compliance and security protocols pertaining to client data.
- Proactively implement process changes and updates, ensuring thorough research and handling.
- Comply with process quality metrics and aim to surpass monthly and annual targets for both quality and productivity.
- Adhere to process norms and structure
- Demonstrate the ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
- Work with great attention to detail

Education & Skills
- Good communication skills in english
- Minimum Graduate (Any Discipline)
- The candidate’s year of graduation/post-graduation completion should fall between 2020 and 2022.
- Flexibility to work in night shift
