Job Description

The Operations Representative position entails engaging with customers through a range of communication channels, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and online interactions, as dictated by client specifications. In this role, the primary emphasis is on delivering customer service and technical support, with a particular focus on resolving common issues pertaining to the client’s products or services.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that services provided to customers align with contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Clarify customer requirements by probing for a deeper understanding and leverage decision-support tools and resources to provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy, and creating opportunities to build rapport.
  • Welcome customers with courtesy, friendliness, and professionalism in accordance with established procedures.
  • Sustain a fundamental understanding of client products and services.
  • Ensure the preparation of thorough and accurate work, including the appropriate notations on customer accounts as needed.
  • Participate in activities designed to enhance customer satisfaction and improve business performance.
  • Offer additional products and/or services as appropriate
  • Record and access information within the call tracking database.
  • Address customer inquiries by guiding them to pertinent published materials, secondary sources, or more experienced staff members.

  • Educational background: Graduate or undergraduate in any discipline (specific requirements may vary based on the job).
  • Must exhibit courtesy and a strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in computer navigation and PC usage.
