Job Description

The Representative Customer Service/Technical Support role engages with customers through inbound and/or outbound calls, emails/chats, or online platforms as per client specifications. This position offers customer service and technical support, resolving routine issues related to the client’s products or services.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Clarify customer needs by probing for understanding and utilizing decision-support tools and resources to achieve appropriate resolution.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy to build rapport effectively.
  • Greet customers courteously, following agreed-upon procedures.
  • Retain fundamental understanding of client products and/or services.
  • Complete work accurately, including proper notation of accounts as necessary.
  • Engage in initiatives focused on improving customer satisfaction and enhancing business performance.
  • Offer additional products and/or services as appropriate.
  • Document and access information in the call tracking database as needed.
  • Refer customer inquiries to published materials, secondary sources, or senior staff when necessary.
For Content Moderator role:
  • Engage in reviewing explicit content, including text, pictures, videos, etc.
  • Curate, moderate, and review content uploaded on the platform, focusing on identifying and addressing abuse, such as violence, extremism, pornography, and graphic material, along with content supporting or opposing various social, religious, or sexual ideologies.
  • Assess whether reviewed content violates client’s terms of service, particularly sensitive content.
Candidate Profile:
  • Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline (may vary based on job requirements).
  • Courteous with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Dependable with strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled in multitasking, including flexibility and quick adaptation to changes.
  • Ability to endure repetitive tasks within a fast-paced, high-production environment.
  • Capable of working effectively either within a team setting or independently.
  • Demonstrates patience in all customer interactions, maintaining a pleasant and professional tone.
  • Willingness to rotate shifts as required.
  • Confirms customer understanding of solutions and provides additional education if necessary.
  • Demonstrates strong probing and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capable of handling complex customer queries and resolving them independently.
