Junior Quality Analyst

Primary Responsibility

Collect and analyze performance data based on defined parameters to enhance work practices and align them with customer requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze revisions received from publishers.
  • Categorize and subcategorize errors made by our artists.
  • Identify root causes of problems.
  • Engage in continuous review activities.
  • Guarantee adherence to quality assurance goals and attain set targets.
  • Ensure punctual completion of revision analysis and additional reports.
  • Develop corrective actions for identified root causes.
Required Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in different shifts.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
  • Familiarity with fundamental MS Office applications, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
