Junior Quality Analyst
Primary Responsibility
Collect and analyze performance data based on defined parameters to enhance work practices and align them with customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze revisions received from publishers.
- Categorize and subcategorize errors made by our artists.
- Identify root causes of problems.
- Engage in continuous review activities.
- Guarantee adherence to quality assurance goals and attain set targets.
- Ensure punctual completion of revision analysis and additional reports.
- Develop corrective actions for identified root causes.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work in different shifts.
- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
- Familiarity with fundamental MS Office applications, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
