Job description
We are currently seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team, where you will play a vital role in collecting and evaluating performance data based on predetermined criteria. Your primary focus will be enhancing quality and optimizing operational processes within our organization to meet the demands of our customers. Located in Bangalore and Chennai, India, the Deloitte Digital Content Studio (DDSC) specializes in providing high volumes of exceptional digital and print content to clients globally. Our ad-tech product, M/Suite, empowers the creation of digital content across multiple platforms, including technology, digital media, and brand commerce. DDSC efficiently caters to our clients’ diverse marketing content production requirements, encompassing image services, advertising production, 3D content, CGI, and video production. On a daily basis, we successfully deliver approximately 15,000 content pieces.
Responsibilities:
- Collate and analyze revisions received from publishers.
- Organize and classify the errors made by our artists into relevant categories and subcategories.
- Identify the root cause of problems.
- Participate in continuous review activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance objectives and achieve targets.
- Ensure the prompt completion of revision analysis and other reports.
- Devise corrective actions based on identified root causes.
Education & Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign.
Shifts:
- Rotational shifts, including 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM and 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
