Job Description
  • Analyzes system function issues escalated via a problem ticket process and offers diagnostic insights, along with suggesting alternative solutions.
  • Coordinates and carries out complex installation, relocation, addition, and change (ICMS) tasks involving integrated equipment and systems.
  • Delivers expert technical guidance for the development of new service offerings or technologies, collaborating with desktop engineering teams on initiatives like standard operating environment (SOE) establishment for client accounts.
  • Offers guidance and training to clients, reducing recurring errors and providing recommendations for enhancements as appropriate.
  • Stays up-to-date with technological and process advancements in the line of service to optimize team performance and achieve objectives.
  • Supplies data for daily metric reports, maintains systems documentation, and evaluates system information, making recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Provides technical support for project activities, contributing to tasks like solution enhancement or design, script creation, problem resolution through diagnostic tools, and transition/transformation efforts for new accounts.
Basic Qualifications
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Possesses robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
