The academy offers a comprehensive range of courses, each providing an in-depth exploration of different facets within the e-commerce sector, coupled with a thorough examination of supply chain management principles. Tailored to cater to trainees’ diverse interests across various domains of e-commerce, these programs aim to equip participants with the requisite skill sets for seamless integration into the workforce. The duration of each program varies based on the chosen module. Presently, there are four distinct categories of training programs available: delivery hub for delivery associates, warehousing, eDAB, and Wholesale Operation Associate.

- Our Warehouse Management training module offers comprehensive knowledge encompassing a wide array of warehouse operational roles, facilitating the acquisition of positions such as Picker, Putter, Packer, Segregator, Sorter, Quality Check personnel, Dock Management Executive (DME), Data Entry Operator (DEO), Issue Resolution Executive, Quality Check Executive, Hub Incharge, and more.
- In our Delivery Associate training module, participants acquire a comprehensive grasp of the entire spectrum of delivery operations in the e-commerce sector, equipping them for various positions such as Delivery Personnel, Sorter, Cashier, and Delivery Hub Operator.
- Through our Wholesale Operational training module, participants develop a thorough understanding of wholesale operational roles, preparing them for functional positions such as Check-out staff, Refund associates, Merchandise Associates, Asset Protection roles, Inventory Management personnel, Cash Management experts, Receiving associates, and Business Support/Supply Chain Management professionals responsible for Pick, Pack, and Dispatch operations for online orders.
Requirements
- A smartphone with basic specifications and reliable internet connectivity.
- Aadhar Card and PAN Card.
- A bank account along with a passport-sized photo.
- Proof of double Covid vaccination.
- Educational qualifications such as 10th with ITI/Diploma or 12th.
- Age between 18 to 57 years.
- Address proof including options like rent agreement, bank statement, LPG bill, driver’s license, voter ID, passport, ration card, water bill, or mobile bill.
- Flexibility to undergo On-the-Job Training (OJT) at any designated location from those listed on the portal. Final confirmation will be provided by the Trainer or facilitator upon successful completion of the digital learning phase.
