Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and generate leads on LinkedIn.
- Follow a comprehensive recruitment plan and processes, incorporating creative approaches to surpass individual goals.
- Screen potential CM candidates.
- Arrange initial prospecting meetings with our in-house Interviewing team.
- Work together with fellow Campus Recruiters to attain quarterly recruiting team objectives.
- Prepare weekly reports on recruiting metrics.
- Coordinate with interview and training teams.
Requirements:
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and people skills.
- Preferred experience in LinkedIn sourcing.
- Preferred experience in outbound sales and marketing.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in work.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic about diverse projects.
- Available to join from May 15, 2024, for a one-month duration.
