Responsibilities
- Field inbound calls customer calls, texts, and chats.
- Communicate with clients to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and update records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and resolutions to clients’ concerns.
Requirements
- Possess 2 – 4 years of prior customer service experience.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with help desk software such as Fresh Desk or Zen Desk.
- Demonstrate proficiency in both phone-based and chat-based customer service.
- Neutral accent.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work EST hours.
