Responsibilities
- Communicate with Trainees.
- Manage the day-to-day work necessary to run our training endeavors.
- Provide guidance to Campus Manager Trainees in establishing an entrepreneurial foundation and supporting them in launching their campus-based businesses.
- Provide training to Campus Manager Trainees to effectively secure sales.
- Engage in brainstorming sessions to generate essential ideas contributing to the success of our Campus Managers.
- Gather feedback from Trainees and current Campus Managers to refine and enhance every facet of the CM journey for future improvements.
Requirements
- Possess a strong proficiency in delivering compelling sales pitches, supported by a minimum of one year of practical experience in sales.
- We are open to Freshers.
- Demonstrate exceptional proficiency in both oral and written communication, coupled with a neutral accent.
- Strong Excel and Data Analysis skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Display self-motivation and enthusiasm for engaging in various projects.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous with work.
