Responsibilities
- Import, process, validate, and edit data transmitted from the Field organization.
- Create and validate accurate and timely reports, data, and invoices, and distribute them according to project specifications.
- Ensure meeting all customer and internal deadlines.
- Monitoring and providing updates on the progress of projects currently in production.
- Employing specialized tools for data processing tailored to meet specific customer demands.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Follow standard procedures and processes, including the use of required checklists.
- Provide telephone support for field personnel and customers when necessary.
- Ensuring the maintenance and regular updates of diverse databases that bolster project operations.
- Track and report the time spent on various projects and customers.
- Contribute to other projects, plans, and teams as needed to achieve the company’s goals.
- Be trained on other team tasks to provide support and facilitate transitions within the Delivery Group as required.
Minimum qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to learn processes, procedures, and software independently and rapidly.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft computer software, including Access, Excel, and Word.
- Highly organized and meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the concept of databases.
- Knowledge of GIS is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.
- Willingness and capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Committed to supporting all Company policies.
