Responsibilities
  • Import, process, validate, and edit data transmitted from the Field organization.
  • Create and validate accurate and timely reports, data, and invoices, and distribute them according to project specifications.
  • Ensure meeting all customer and internal deadlines.
  • Monitoring and providing updates on the progress of projects currently in production.
  • Employing specialized tools for data processing tailored to meet specific customer demands.
  • Adhere to quality assurance standards to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Follow standard procedures and processes, including the use of required checklists.
  • Provide telephone support for field personnel and customers when necessary.
  • Ensuring the maintenance and regular updates of diverse databases that bolster project operations.
  • Track and report the time spent on various projects and customers.
  • Contribute to other projects, plans, and teams as needed to achieve the company’s goals.
  • Be trained on other team tasks to provide support and facilitate transitions within the Delivery Group as required.
Minimum qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability to learn processes, procedures, and software independently and rapidly.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft computer software, including Access, Excel, and Word.
  • Highly organized and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the concept of databases.
  • Knowledge of GIS is a bonus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.
  • Willingness and capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Committed to supporting all Company policies.
