Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate PRIDE (Personal Responsibility in Delivering Excellence) in all tasks.
  • Ensure timely delivery of agreed-upon outcomes at the highest quality.
  • Take ownership of assigned outcomes, leveraging global organizational support.
  • Conduct due diligence and surveillance on assigned clients with absolute confidentiality and 100% accuracy as per policy.
  • Ensure client objectives are achieved while adhering to all processes and procedures.
  • Facilitate communication between global teams, local teams, and Australian clients to prioritize urgency, delight represented teams, and enable client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to and, when necessary, lead the development and implementation of project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with client teams within delegated authority as needed.
  • Manage teams and initiatives effectively.
  • Assist in reviewing policies, SOPs, process flows, and recommend improvements as necessary.
Minimum qualifications:
  • Completion of a university degree.
  • Capacity to comprehend the broader context, work autonomously, initiate action, and rally teams to address challenges.
  • Proficiency in team building, evaluation, and leadership.
  • Capability to exercise independent judgment and discretion while handling sensitive casework.
  • Proficient business communication skills in English are essential.
  • Exposure to contact center operations.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in Banking, Operations, or Financial Crime Risk Management.
  • Proficiency in Customer Lifecycle Management, including KYC, Client Onboarding, Product Fulfillment, Offboarding, Periodic Review, and Client Middle Office operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage team and client discussions.
