We are inviting applications for the role of a Recruitment Consultant role!

As a member of the core sourcing team, this role entails spearheading various channels to ensure timely delivery. It is crucial to comprehensively understand each business requirement as soon as it is received and navigate the sourcing process in the appropriate direction.

Responsibilities: –

  • Sourcing candidates form different job portals.
  • Scheduling candidate for Ops for evaluation.
  • The aim is to boost cost-efficient channels, including campus recruitment, employee referrals, and direct sourcing through portals, social media, job fairs, etc., while ensuring the quality of hires.
  • Review the hiring process and identify any non-compliance with company policies.
  • The capability to timely identify high-risk accounts with relevant data points and emphasize them effectively.
  • Lead the team towards compliance, ensuring adherence to all processes in line with audit guidelines.
  • Capable of mapping profiles hired in Genpact to other organizations and identifying any challenges or changes required to recruit those profiles.
  • Willing to work on weekend drives if required
