  • Possess technical aptitude and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

  • Knowledge of additional regional languages will be advantageous, especially if the company operates within a multilingual country.
Responsibilities
  • Providing technical support and on-demand training to customers who use our products, promptly addressing their inquiries.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by educating them about the functional capabilities of our product and offering guidance on potential upgrades.
  • Collaborating with the product manager to gather feedback from customers, identifying recurring issues, and contributing to product development and improvement.
  • Upholding high service standards, going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualification
  • Undergraduate degree in fields such as BCom, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc, MBA/PGDM.
  • Minimum 50% aggregate marks in 10th, 12th, and graduation.
  • No backlogs or gap years during the educational journey.
  • Proficiency in both English and Hindi is required.
