Responsibilities
- Conducting documentation and verification processes for customer and business banking account information to ensure compliance with KYC requirements and validate customer eligibility.
- Validating the various regulatory documents submitted by customers to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Guaranteeing the timely completion of all customer requests by strictly adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
- Thoroughly conducting due diligence by meticulously performing all necessary processing steps and verifying parameters as defined in the process.
- Timely escalation of any exceptions or deviations to management is ensured.
- Achieving all the defined productivity and accuracy targets set for the process.
- Adhering to all applicable Audit Compliance policies throughout the process.
Education
- Seeking candidates with 0-1 year of experience, preferably graduates.
- Open to working six days a week without any concerns.
- Good communication skills in English
