Job Purpose:
The job’s primary objective is to procure new customers for the bank’s current and savings accounts by identifying potential leads, reaching out through diverse communication channels, elucidating the advantages and characteristics of the current and savings offerings, and finalizing the transactions. Additionally, it involves guaranteeing customer satisfaction with the bank’s services and fostering enduring relationships with them.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquire current and savings accounts within the designated segment and generate referrals from the specified catchment area.
- Maintain a high standard of customer acquisition by focusing on factors such as demographics, product suitability, and segment alignment.
- Facilitate the onboarding and activation of customers on digital platforms.
- Offer consistent feedback to the Senior Sales Manager and Branch Manager regarding customer needs and potential opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with sales regulations and standard operating procedures established by the organization.
- Source high-quality leads while strictly adhering to internal and external guidelines and regulations.
- Conduct regular catchment activities to attract high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and enhance IDFC First Bank’s visibility.
- Engage in key central initiatives and solicit referrals from existing customers on a regular basis.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and support functions to deliver a comprehensive range of products and services to customers.
Education Qualification:
- Graduation: Any Graduate degree
