Responsibilities
- Freelance work from home with flexible working hours.
- Engage in a voice-based calling process to collect, verify, and update business profiles for optimal results.
- Educate sellers about IndiaMART and assist in creating their profiles, addressing any inquiries to enhance output quality.
- Schedule follow-up calls according to sellers’ preferences.
- Uphold high-quality outcomes by adhering to established standards and guidelines.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly business targets.
- Minimum daily commitment of 3-4 hours.
- This is a NON-SALES profile.
- Mandatory language proficiency in Hindi & English.
