Job Description

Responsibilities
- Freelance from your home within specified working hours.
- Engage in voice-based calling to collect, verify, and update business profiles to meet output goals.
- Educate sellers about IndiaMART, assist in creating profiles, address queries, and enhance output quality.
- Schedule follow-up calls as needed by sellers.
- Maintain high-quality outcomes by following established standards and guidelines.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly business targets.
- Allocate a minimum of 3-4 hours per day to work.
- Non-sales role.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
