Responsibilities
  • Required proficiency in English and Hindi, with knowledge of any other regional language considered advantageous.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience in Direct taxation processes and clauses is a requirement.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving abilities, quick thinking, and the capability to independently and efficiently resolve to customer issues.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills for addressing and resolving client concerns through calls or chats or emails.
  • proficiency in verbal and written communication, interpretation, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to rapidly acquire process knowledge.
  • Possess effective probing and analytical skills with the ability to multitask between voice and data entry.
  • Willingness to work from the office.
  • Exhibit proactivity and demonstrate the utmost respect for the customer’s time.
  • Practice efficient time management to ensure that all customer interactions are valuable.
