Responsibilities
- Calendar Management and Meeting Logistics
- Supports partner-level manager’s calendar management.
- Assists with community space calendar management.
- Prepares meeting settings, including room bookings, virtual setups, and food orders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborates with internal business partners (e.g., Business Management, Human Resources, Finance, Staffing, Real Estate & Facilities).
- Prioritizes and manages requests from various stakeholders, including admins, teammates, and managers.
- Discipline Growth and Development
- Engages in the Business Support community.
- Attends networking events and training.
- Mentors and learns from others.
- Team Management Support (Headcount Management, Recruitment, Onboarding/Offboarding)
- Assists in onboarding new employees, vendors, and interns.
- Sets up workstations and handles equipment orders.
- Manages distribution lists and security groups.
- Event Coordination and Logistics
- Supports team experience activities.
- Plans and organizes team events effectively.
- Assists in event logistics, including setup, teardown, and catering arrangements.
- Project Ownership
- Provides onsite team support and completes tasks as directed.

- Resource Management, including Hardware/Supply Management, Purchase/Expense Management, and Financial Management.
- Proactively manages supply inventories, including storeroom, hardware, and office supplies.

- Space Management and Planning
- Supports team space relocation logistics when required.
- Travel Management
- Communicates travel policies to team members.
- Schedules travel for employees, including partner-level and above.
- Manages travel itineraries, calendars, and expenses.
- Coordinates logistics for internal/external executives and globally distributed teams.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma, General Educational Development (GED), or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 6 months of Administrative, Business Support, and/or customer service experience.
- Capability to fulfill Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening prerequisites.
- This includes specialized security screenings such as the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
- The Microsoft Cloud Background Check is required upon hire/transfer and repeated every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year(s) of Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience.
- Experience in an environment emphasizing scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and basic administration work.
- Possession of an Associate’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications) OR equivalent experience.
