Role Details
- Carry out protocols to fulfill both internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while maintaining adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct training and certification, when applicable, on business policies and standard operating procedures.
- Follow standard operating procedures and business policies meticulously and without deviation.
- Collaborate with process coordinators to develop and revise procedures.
- Implement new process improvements and programs.
- Escalate issues and queries to managers or the operations incident management team.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing procedures.
- Collaborate with clients on day-to-day Business as Usual (BAU) activities.
- Support on-call rotations or off-shift availability as needed by the business.
- Perform quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data for clients and downstream systems.
- Handle data entry tasks.
- Confirm the functionality of systems and ensure the accuracy of reporting provided to clients through validation processes.
- Respond to client inquiries directly or indirectly via change requests and the Issuetrak process or through Client Service Representatives.
- Research and address E&Y Auditing requests to meet established SLAs.
- Assist Process Leads/Team Leads in creating and gathering data for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Metrics.
- Aid Process Leads/Team Leads in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) reviews for new software releases.
