Responsibilities
  • Offer day-to-day technical support to clients’ end-users.
  • Investigate initial support communications and ensure incident resolution.
  • Utilize knowledge articles for incident investigation and resolution.
  • Determine the root cause of incidents and assist in creating RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
  • Adhere to GDC standard operating procedures.
  • Engage in daily performance evaluations, identify performance issues, and suggest improvements.
  • Review and manage recurring or high-impact incidents through a problem-management process.
  • Document procedures used to resolve incidents.
  • Possess strong troubleshooting skills in MS Windows, PC Hardware, and Internet Explorer.
  • Configure active sync accounts on devices.
  • Perform AD user management tasks like creation, deletion, and modification.
