Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and clients to identify, document, and assess product requirements and roadmaps.
- Measure and monitor product or service performance, presenting consumer, market, and competitive insights to product managers.
- Analyze data to offer recommendations and reports on both current and potential products.
- Devise and execute plans to enhance company revenue through data analysis.
- Enhance end-user acquisition and retention rates by closely partnering with product managers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments.
- Contribute to the launch plan of a forthcoming banking initiative.
- Implement precision targeting strategies through the creation of specific customer groups.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with partner banks and merchants.
- Produce analytical reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support product managers with product and business analytics.
Must have Skills
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Capability to analyze and effectively present pertinent data to various stakeholders.
- High energy and a proactive, go-getter attitude.
Good to have Skills
- Previous experience in Banking, Fintech, or e-commerce domains is advantageous.
- Prior exposure to presenting to CxOs (Chief Experience Officers) of companies is beneficial.
- Familiarity or prior usage of Clevertap is a plus.
