- Sales mindset to effectively communicate NxtWaves offerings to prospective learners and achieve revenue targets.
- Driven by a deep passion for providing unparalleled customer service at all times.
- Sales experience within the EdTech domain is an additional advantage.
Responsibilities
- Acting as a mentor & guide and providing career advice to potential learners.
- Counselling learning prospects and offering insights on how the Intensive Program can accelerate their careers.
- Demonstrating the effectiveness and uniqueness of the Intensive Program.
- Taking ownership of the entire sales closing life cycle for assigned leads, including phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
- Maintaining a detailed database of all interactions with leads and offering continuous feedback on lead quality to the respective team.
- Meeting weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
Compensation
- Up to 6 LPA + Incentives based on performance.
Languages Known
- Native speaker of Telugu.
- Possessing a strong command of English is an additional benefit.
Work Location & Working Days
- Work from Home currently and flexibility to come to the office whenever required.
- 6-Day Week.
- Week offs on a rotational basis, tentatively scheduled at the start of each month.
- Saturday/Sunday are not mandatory week-offs.
