Responsibilities
  • Making outbound calls to generate sales-qualified leads.
  • Asking relevant questions to understand leads and guide them through the presales process.
  • Handling the complete sales qualification life cycle for assigned leads, including cold calls, follow-ups, qualification, and management.
  • Maintaining a detailed lead interaction database and providing feedback on lead quality to the team.
  • Meeting weekly and monthly targets.
Skills
  • Excellent Hindi communication skills (both written and verbal), along with proficiency in English.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
  • A systematic approach to building sales funnels and prioritizing tasks.
  • Ability to consistently exceed targets within deadlines.
  • A sales mindset to promote high-paying career opportunities.
  • Openness to operating within a dynamic and rapidly evolving startup ecosystem.
Salary
  • Salary CTC: Up to 3 LPA.
  • Performance-based incentives.
Languages Known
  • Native speaker of Hindi.
