Responsibilities
- Act as a mentor and guide, offering career advice to potential learners.
- Counsel learning prospects, providing insights on how CCBP 4.0 Programs can advance their careers.
- Demonstrate the effectiveness and uniqueness of CCBP 4.0 Programs.
- Manage the entire sales closing life cycle for assigned leads, including phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
- Maintain a detailed database of interactions with leads and provide continuous feedback on lead quality to the respective team.
- Meet weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
Requirements
- Possess excellent Telugu communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and proficient presentation skills.
- High dedication and determination, with a strong work ethic.
- Reliability and trustworthiness, capable of building rapport with prospects, demonstrating empathy, and displaying patience.
- Systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently surpassing targets within deadlines.
- Sales mindset to effectively communicate NxtWaves offerings to prospective learners and achieve revenue goals.
- Passion for delivering top-tier customer service consistently.
- Having sales experience in the EdTech domain is considered an additional advantage.
Compensation:
- Potential to earn up to 6 LPA, inclusive of performance-based incentives.
Languages Known:
- Native speaker of (Telugu/Tamil/Hindi).
- Proficiency in English is advantageous.
Work Location & Working Days:
- Currently remote work from home with flexibility to attend office as needed.
- 6-day work week.
