Responsibilities
  • Serve as a mentor and career advisor, offering guidance to potential learners.
  • Counsel and advise prospective students, emphasizing how CCBP 4.0 Programs can advance their careers.
  • Highlight the effectiveness and uniqueness of CCBP 4.0 Programs.
  • Manage the entire sales closing process for assigned leads, including phone/video calls, product demonstrations, sales closures, and post-sales
  • relationship management.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of lead interactions and consistently provide feedback on lead quality to the respective team.
  • Achieve weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Gujarati, Odia, Kannada, Marathi, Malayalam, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, and Punjabi.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and effective presentation skills.
  • Dedication, hard work, and unwavering determination.
  • Reliability and trustworthiness with the ability to establish rapport with prospects, along with a high degree of empathy and patience.
  • A systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently surpassing targets within specified deadlines.
  • A sales-oriented mindset to effectively convey NxtWave’s offerings to potential learners and achieve revenue goals.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Prior sales experience in the EdTech industry is an added advantage.
Languages Known
  • Native speaker of Bengali, Gujarati, Odia, Kannada, Marathi, Malayalam, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, or Punjabi.
  • Proficiency in English is considered advantageous.
Work Location & Working Days
  • Work from home is the current arrangement.
  • You’ll have the flexibility to come to the office when it’s required.
  • The workweek consists of six days.
