Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and measure if business efforts/activities are aligned with set goals.
- Write queries and build insightful reports/dashboards to aid in informed decision-making.
- Analyze root causes, identify and recommend suitable KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
- Ensure timely delivery of tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Regularly report to senior data analysts regarding tasks.
- Suggest data collection methods for better analysis.
- Process confidential data and information in accordance with guidelines.
- Upskill in analytics and data management tools, formulating and documenting best practices.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Proficiency in any visualization tool such as PowerBI, Tableau, Looker Studio, etc.
- Knowledge of one cloud data warehouse such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.
- Proficiency in statistics for analyzing data sets.
- Data visualization and storytelling skills.
- Possess strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Systematic and logical approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn additional analytics tools as needed.
- Flexibility to extend work hours to meet requirements.
- Alignment with the company’s vision and culture.
- Proficiency in using statistical packages and machine learning constitutes an added advantage.
Languages Known:
- Proficiency in English

- 0 – 2 years in the field of Analytics.
