  • Carefully evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products that align with their requirements, while ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Achieve monthly input and output targets set by supervisors.
  • Adhere to established process guidelines to effectively resolve issues.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
  • Experience ranging from 0 to 2 years in insurance advisory or sales positions.
  • Demonstrates a strong capacity for learning and adapting.
  • Possesses active listening skills and is skilled in handling objections.
  • Exhibits a customer-focused mindset and effectively responds to diverse situations.
  • Thrives as a team player, open to feedback, and demonstrates flexibility in approach.
  • Shows proficiency in multitasking, prioritization, and time management.
  • Graduation (10+2+3) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written South Indian languages is a valuable asset.
