We are seeking specialists to join our In-house Customer Experience team. As a specialist, your main duty will involve resolving customer issues while continuously seeking innovative ways to enhance their experience.In this position, you will offer support to expedite issue resolution and ensure appropriate flagging of concerns.Your contribution will focus on consistently improving and streamlining support systems by identifying patterns to optimize the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Address basic PhonePe account and transaction-related inquiries.
  • Ability to switch between phone and data channels as needed.
  • Follow specified process guidelines meticulously to attain resolution.
  • Foster customer trust through interactions.
  • Meet hourly and daily productivity targets.
  • Utilize internal processes and resources to facilitate resolution.
  • Escalate issues appropriately, seeking support from relevant teams for resolution.
  • Propose process enhancements.
  • Engage and educate customers to maximize their use of PhonePe.
Ideal candidate should:
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate good learnability.
  • Demonstrate active listening skills and proficiency in addressing objections.
  • Exhibit strong customer orientation and adaptability to diverse scenarios.
  • Work well in a team, being flexible and receptive to feedback.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in both English and Hindi.
  • Graduation (10+2+3) is mandatory.
  • Possess 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing position.
  • Preference given to candidates with multilingual proficiency, both spoken and written, in South Indian languages.
