About the role:

We seek specialists to join our Inhouse Customer Experience team. As a specialist, your main duty will be to address customer issues and continuously innovate to enhance their experience. You will provide support to expedite issue resolution and flag any recurring patterns to optimize our support systems for improved customer satisfaction consistently.

Responsibilities:
  • Act with integrity and prioritize the customer’s needs in every interaction.
  • Address basic PhonePe account and transaction inquiries.
  • Proficiency in seamlessly transitioning between phone and data channels as required.
  • Adhere to specified process guidelines to achieve resolutions.
  • Cultivate customer trust through interactions.
  • Meet hourly and daily productivity targets.
  • Utilize internal processes and resources effectively to address and resolve issues.
  • Escalate concerns appropriately, seeking support from relevant teams.
  • Propose process enhancements.
  • Engage and educate customers to maximize their use of PhonePe services.
Ideal candidate should :
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate good learnability.
  • Be an active listener and proficient in handling objections.
  • Exhibit strong customer orientation and adaptability to various scenarios
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player, receptive to feedback.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Graduation (10+2+3) is mandatory.
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Preferred proficiency in spoken and written multilingual skills, specifically in South Indian languages.
