Responsibilities

  • Escalating issues appropriately and seeking support from relevant teams.
  • Suggesting process enhancements.
  • Engaging and educating customers to maximize their use of PhonePe.

  • Fluency in both English and Hindi languages.
  • Graduation (10+2+3) is mandatory.
  • 0 to 2 years of prior work experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Preferred multilingual proficiency in spoken and written South Indian languages.
