Key Responsibilities:

- Assist students with post-session doubts, offering guidance and ensuring clear understanding of academic concepts.
- Promptly and accurately respond to student inquiries to facilitate their learning process.
- Parent Communication and Feedback:
- Maintain effective communication with parents, collecting and addressing their feedback to foster a positive relationship.
- Class Attendance and Retention:
- Track and ensure students’ class attendance and retention for the upcoming academic session.
- Assessment of Student Learning and Development:
- Evaluate students’ learning and development in an online environment, utilizing comprehensive assessment methods.
- Establishing Connections with Students and Parents:
- Forge robust relationships with students and parents to bolster retention rates for the forthcoming academic year.One-on-One Sessions:
- Conduct occasional one-on-one sessions with students over online platforms like Google Meet for clarifying doubts, utilizing laptop and digitizer tools.
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with students and parents.
