Responsibilities
  • Complete monthly Quality Control (QC) activities with a focus on identifying successes and failures in compliance teams’ work.
  • Highlight and report any issues to Quality Control and Managers.
  • Provide feedback to analysts and identify root cause analyses of errors.
  • Deliver quality refresher sessions to individuals who are struggling with quality performance.
  • Coach new joiners on procedures across the compliance department.
  • Collaborate with other teams across different locations.
  • Perform any additional ad-hoc duties as necessary.
Skills
  • Previous experience as a Quality Support Specialist.
  • Fluency in English (C1).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Practical knowledge of Google Sheets, Forms, and Slides.
  • Readiness to take ownership and responsibility.
  • Passion for helping and supporting people.
  • Demonstrate independent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Show flexibility in handling responsibilities and maintain a positive attitude towards changes in role, company/departmental objectives, priorities, and targets.
Nice to have:

6+ months of experience working at Revolut in Customer Support.
